Your privacy is important to Modern Day Goaltending Ltd., operating as Jon Elkin's Goalie Schools ("JEGS" or "we"). Collection and Use of Information
JEGS does not collect personally identifiable information about you without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. When you register to join our mailing lists, complete a survey, subscribe for an instructional video or other otherwise communicate with JEGS, we will ask you for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number and other information. We use the personal information you provide to us for the specific purpose for which you provided the information. For example, when you give us your e-mail address at the time you subscriber for the Jon Elkin's Goal Schools video series, that address is added to the e-mail list for recipients of the video series used to notify you of the release of new videos in the series. We may also use your information to contact you in order to direct you to products or services that we think you may be of interest to you. For example, we may email you to notify you of a new training program being offered by JEGS in your area. Note that you are not required to provide us with any personal information, but if you choose not to, you will not be able to receive the video products.
Storage of Information
For security and fraud detection purposes, JEGS stores certain pieces of information you are required to enter into any form that collects billing information, including, first and last name, street/billing address, city, state/province, country, zip code/postal code, expiration date, email address, and your acceptance of any terms of service or usage and licence agreement.
Some information may automatically be collected as you browse our site. Our web server automatically collects information known as "clickstream data", such as the domain name of the service providing you with Internet access, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your browser type and version, operating system and platform, the average time spent on our site, pages viewed, information searched for, access times and other relevant statistics. JEGS also stores any email communications you may have with us.
We use clickstream data and cookies only in the aggregate (in a non-identifiable manner) to measure the use of our site and to administer and improve our site. When we collect personal information, we may extract some of the information and combine it with other information, such as clickstream data. This combined information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level to help us understand trends and patterns.
You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when purchasing a product, service or subscription. This information will assist us in customer support as well as fraud protection. Failure to do so will void all agreements between you and JEGS and result in cessation of services.

JEGS will not sell your information to any third parties and does not permit its employees access to your credit card information. We do use all information, other than credit card information, for customer support and account verification.
Personal information collected on this site may be shared with those with whom we contract to carry out the internal operations of the site (for example, to stream the video products you have ordered on the site) or process payments (for example, banks or payment card associations). JEGS may send you e-mail promotions and special offers from reputable third parties in whose products and services we think you may have an interest. We may also disclose demographic information in an aggregated basis to our marketing, advertising and promotional partners.

JEGS currently uses advanced security measures to maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of the personal information you provide to us. There are certain web pages within our website that require users to be at least 13 years of age. This may mean that you will be unable to purchase the video products on the site without your patent or guardian.

Information we collect from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involved JEGS.

If you at any point you wish to cancel your access to a video product, please forward such requests to us at http://www.elkingoaltending.com/contact/. Please note that no refund will be given for such cancellation. You can also make a request to view the information you have provided to us by e-mailing us at info@elkingoaltending.com.
