Hockey Training Camps: Summer Hockey Goalie Instruction and Training

Professional Equipment Trainer

When a player walks into an NHL training camp, everything that he needs is there for him. All he has to be concerned with is his performance. Equipment trainers have been hired to do just that; take care of your athletic needs. Each goalie has his/her own personal stall. Fresh towels are provided and washed daily. When your hockey underwear gets smelly, give it to the trainer and it will be washed and waiting for you the next day. Your sticks and gear will be stored at night; they will be ready for you each ice session as you enter the ice (boarders only). Energy drinks and bars are laid out to re-energize you after workouts.
